      Thalia Chodat

      OWNER

      Thalia knows how to jump in feet first and get the job done, no excuses. After working for an agency for a few years, she decided to start her own, knowing she has what it takes to make it work. And she’s never looked back.

      Since starting the company, Thalia has watched her baby grow. She manages teams and projects, in budget and on time; collects input from stakeholders; keeps sales goals in mind; identifies specific marketing strategies and tactical activities to reach those goals. The best thing you’ll learn as you engage with her, is that Thalia loves her work and she and her team bring a cyclone of enthusiasm to everything she does.

      Since starting her agency, she has fulfilled the marketing goals of several high tech companies. She serves other business niches as well. All with the same expertise and tenacity to accomplish your business objectives.

      In the last two years she has added two new members of the team: Archer was born in the Summer of 2020 and baby Adeline in 2022. The two have brought even more joy into Thalia’s life than her ever-growing herd of cats.

      Sr Digital Marketing Account Manager

      McKenzie lives and breathes digital marketing so you don’t have to. Over the past 7 years, McKenzie has implemented digital marketing programs in the medical aesthetic, real estate, and B2B enterprise tech industries. With a positive attitude, she’ll help strategize, create, and manage your digital marketing.

      McKenzie stays up to date on the latest technology and knows how to adjust strategy accordingly. She’s stellar at syncing goals across departments and synthesizing those goals into a streamlined, actionable plan. She can get creative but also sticks close to metrics so she knows what works and what doesn’t.

      When she’s not helping your company gain momentum, McKenzie is crafting, baking, and hosting a film review podcast.

      Laura Fowler

      MARKETING MANAGER

      Laura is a seasoned marketing professional who translates her extensive creative experience into a fresh and dynamic perspective in the marketing arena. 

      Detail-oriented and armed with a strategic mindset, Laura wears many hats. She undertakes various responsibilities, including conducting research and analyzing customer behavior, identifying and analyzing competitors, and developing and implementing effective marketing strategies. Her knack for turning ideas into action (and the reporting to back up her results) is a key piece of her success. Laura brings to the table a valuable set of skills in project management and B2B expertise. 

      In her free time, Laura spends time with her family, plays the piano and ukulele, and sings in her church band.

      DESIGNER

      Tanya is a versatile graphic designer with 8+ years of experience as a web, social media, editorial and print designer mainly for technology companies. She is focused on creating a design that is primarily a marketing tool to increase sales. The most important thing is to achieve company goals. If this requires going deep into related areas – animation, video – she does it with interest.

      Tanya believes that efficiency in the workplace depends on the level of inspiration received outside of it. Traveling to new places, observing the organization of space, people give her information for reflection. The charge of inspiration comes from spending time with the family in nature – hiking, cycling and traveling.

      With a passion for storytelling and a heart for creativity, Audrey, a senior at Boston University, brings a fresh perspective to the team.Audrey’s exceptional communication skills, combined with her deep understanding of marketing, media, and communications, make her a valuable addition to the Esile team.

      Audrey takes pride in collaborating with her team to deliver exceptional content and remarkable results and is committed to finding new ways to make a significant impact on your business’s success.

      In her free time, she likes to work out, try new restaurants around Boston, and soak up the final moments of her senior year with her friends and family.
